![]() ![]() I haven't gotten a reply to this latest message yet, but it is the weekend so I'm not too surprised. I asked if there was a debug mode, or a log file of some kind I could check to try and discover or even help diagnose the issue and they rehashed the same thing, "We are not able to provide the debug mode to you since the issue is not with the software, there are certain type of files we do not support." □ And apparently there's no way to tell what files are stuck in limbo either. Last time I contacted support, they basically just said there are probably unsupported file types in the folder and this makes the client stop working. ![]() The issue you describe is what has happened to me off and on for months (the lack of indication is new, although who knows for how long as there was. The pCloud client just sits there doing nothing while the amount of files it wants to sync keeps increasing over the days. I have this same issue, although I do get an indication. It's just so frustrating because this is the kind of thing I left SugarSync for and now it's happening even worse over here.Īnybody else here feeling these frustrations? That's how I realized it was screwed up again. I checked the folder on the computer, and it was there, but nowhere to be seen in the cloud folder. I've been lucky so far that I've noticed before I've actually lost data, it's just been an inconvenience, but it did cost me some time at work today as I had to remotely access my home computer when I couldn't find the file I had been working on in the cloud. With 11 synced folders, it's quite annoying to go through them one by one and test if uploads are still working (it seems only 2 are actually uploading at the moment). It's also very concerning because the client gives NO indication that folders have stopped syncing, so I'm constantly wondering if any of the other syncs have stopped working. It seems the only way to get them working is I have to remove each sync and re-add it, which is a real pain in the ass (especially having to do it over and over again). I restarted pCloud, then the computer, and no luck. This seems to happen every couple months, some of my syncs just randomly stop working. Then select one of the formats to save the file.įinally check if the Excel file can be opened successfully.I sent this through their contact form, but I want to share it here as well:Ī bunch of my folder syncs weren't uploading AGAIN.
